Prepaid WordPress and Tech Support Plans, Ready When You Need Them

A Support Stack is a support plan built on prepaid hours for your website and the tools you run your business on, WordPress or not. Buy a bank of hours at a lower rate, then use them whenever something comes up. No waiting on a quote every time, and no paying full price for every fix.

From $425

5,10, or 20 Hours

Valid for 6 months

The tech keeps popping up, and so do the invoices.

One week it’s a form that stopped sending. The next it’s an email automation that went quiet, a plugin update that broke a page, or a tool you need connected to another tool. None of it is a big project. All of it needs attention.

Paying hourly for each little thing adds up, and so does the back and forth of asking for help every single time. Prepaid tech support hours fix both. You buy your hours up front at a lower rate, and when something comes up, you open a request and I get to work.

What You Get With Your Support Plan

Every stack comes with the same perks. The only difference is how many hours you have and how much you save on each one.

Lower Hourly Rate

You pay less than my $95 regular hourly rate on every hour in your stack.

Priority Response

Stack requests move to the front of my support queue.

Six Months to Use Your Hours

Plenty of time for the small things that come up throughout the year.

Time Tracked to the Minute

You only use what the work actually takes, never a rounded-up block.

Your Balance in Your Portal

Check your hours and see the work logged any time, without having to ask.

Requests in One Place

Open a ticket in your client portal whenever you need help, so nothing gets lost in email.

Low Balance Heads Up

You get an email when your balance is getting low, so you are never caught off guard.

Top Up at the Same Rate

Running low? Add hours at your stack’s rate any time within your six months, and your six months start over.

Plain English Updates

I tell you what I did and why, so you are not left guessing.

What your hours can cover

If a request turns out to be a bigger project, like a full system build, I will let you know before any hours are used and point you to the right service.

  • Website fixes, updates, and small edits, on WordPress or another platform
  • Forms that are not sending or not showing up where they should
  • Email marketing platform troubleshooting and small tweaks
  • CRM, scheduler, and payment tool troubleshooting
  • Connecting tools and setting up small automations
  • Landing page updates
  • Help choosing and setting up a new tool

How Prepaid Tech Support Hours Work

1

Pick your stack.

Choose the stack that fits how often tech comes up for you. Your proposal covers the terms and payment in one place.

Your part: Review the terms, sign, and pay.

2

Get into your client portal.

As soon as your payment goes through, you get an email with access to your client portal, where your hours and requests live.

Your part: Log in and save the link so it is easy to find when you need it.

3

Open a request.

Whenever something comes up, open a ticket in your portal and tell me what is going on. Screenshots and “it just stopped working” are both welcome.

Your part: Share what you are seeing and any logins I need to get in.

4

I fix it.

Your request goes to the front of my queue. If a task looks bigger than expected, I check with you before I keep going.

Your part: Keep an eye on your portal in case I have a question.

Your hours are ready to use the day you buy them, and they stay ready for six months.

Support Stack Questions, Answered

Most WordPress support plans are monthly subscriptions you pay whether you need help or not. A Support Stack is prepaid tech support hours you buy up front at a lower rate. When you need help with your website or business tools, you open a request in your client portal, and the time I spend comes out of your stack. Your hours work whether your site is on WordPress or another platform. If you want ongoing updates and backups, that is what a care plan is for.

Your hours are valid for six months from your purchase date, and topping up starts a new six months. Any hours left after that expire, so pick the stack that matches how often you usually need help.

No. Support Stacks are nonrefundable, and unused hours are lost once your six months are up. If you are not sure how many hours you need, start with the Starter Stack. You can always top up at the same rate.

Time is tracked to the minute, so a ten minute fix uses ten minutes. You can see your remaining balance and the work logged any time in your client portal.

Website fixes and updates on WordPress or another platform, forms, email marketing platforms, CRMs, schedulers, payment tools, and small automations. If it touches your website or how you run your business online, your hours can probably cover it. Bigger projects, like full system builds or email marketing setups, are better suited to System Setup. Whether a request fits your stack is my call, and I will always tell you before using any hours on it. Hours do not cover computers, printers, or office networks.

You get an email when your balance is running low. If you run out in the middle of a request, you can finish that request at the regular hourly rate or top up your stack at your discounted rate, which also starts a new six months.

One Time Support is for a single issue at $95/hour. A Support Stack gives you prepaid hours at a lower rate, plus priority response, which works better if tech needs come up regularly.

A Support Stack is help when you ask for it. A care plan is ongoing maintenance, like updates, backups, and security, so problems are less likely to show up in the first place. Many clients use both.

Stop paying full price for every fix. Grab your hours and get help when you need it.
